Arctic Wolves close together in winter

We are sad and sorry to inform you that we received a defectively framed canvas of your art. The mirrored sides are not on the sides but on the front of the canvas. After days of going back and forth with this company and/or framer, they have not resolved this issue and are giving us the run around. We have explained the problem and sent them numerous photos of what we received. We have given them ample evidence that what they sent to us is completely wrong and unprofessional. We thought you should know what kind of company you are dealing with. So far, we see little integrity in them. We received 4 framed canvases in complete error like this one. They have ripped us off almost $1,000. Arlyn Wing
